Audit

The Audit section allows to overview connections and keep track of any web client login.

Operations

You can access the web client login log by accessing
Audit
Operations
.
Through the filter bar at the top, it is possible to select the log reference period and filter out search results. The table located below the filter bar returns the desired results, including a small operation description.
You can download the log into an CSV or Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the button at the top right of the screen.
NOTE: Detailed session activity log also contains the recording of chat conversations.

Description
Author name
The domain.
Operation type
The list of availalbe operations in a specific domain.
Target type
The component type affected by a specific operation.
Target name
Result
It groups operation by their outcome.
Date from
It sets a filter start date.
Date to
It sets a filter end date.

Connections

You can access information on the system components connection by accessing
Audit
Connections
.
The table located below the filter bar returns the desired results, including details about the connection duration.
You can download the log into an CSV or Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the button at the top right of the screen.

Description
User account name
The domain.
Device
The device for which connection information are to be retrieved.
Date from
It sets a filter start date.
Date to
It sets a filter end date.
NOTE:
The time information is provided in local time and time zone, where:
  • The
    Local time
    refers to the time when the query was raised by the local PC.
  • The
    Time zone
    refers to the offset from UTC.
NOTE:
If you need to adjust the RTC on Win32/64 systems, reboot the system to allow UBIQUITY to recognize it.
