Domain subfolders
can be managed by selected administrators and can be accessed by a restricted group of users. This is useful if you are collaborating with different vendors or if you are managing a variety of operations through FTRA Manager

To create a
subdomain

proceed as follows:- Log on toFTRA ManagerUbiquity Managerwith an administrator user account.
- Access thesection.
- Select theAdd resource(circled plus) button andCreate folder.
- Add any user accounts for the administration of the newly created folder.
- Ensure that the admin user accounts haveAdminpermissions to the folder.
When a local contributor signs in to FTRA Manager, they will only be able to work with the domain subfolder that they have been granted permission to. They will not be able to see any other folders that were created by the domain administrator. However, within the folder they administer they will be able to add any groups, devices, and additional domain subfolders as necessary.
When a local administrator signs in to Ubiquity Manager, they will only be able to work with the subdomains that they have been granted permission to. They will be able to add any users, groups, devices, and additional subdomains as necessary within the folder they administer.
