The MQTT interface is not working

Verify Windows Local Service access to the certificate files.

Verify that the certificate has not expired.

Verify that the host information in the certificate matches the client computer.

Verify that the client ID is unique within the broker.

Verify the broker is running.

Verify the client dataset's topic name syntax when connection meets problems.

Verify the client subscribes to the correct topic name, not the dataset name, from FactoryTalk Linx Gateway’s MQTT interface.

Verify the firewall on the computer with the broker has the broker’s TCP port open.
