Use
Time Zone
 (Time zone) to retrieve a data set for a particular time period regardless of the time zone.
To select a time zone
  • Use the local machine time zone
    : Select this option to use a local time zone when retrieving or displaying data.
  • Use this time zone
    : Select this option to use a fixed time zone when retrieving or displaying data. In this case, you can select a specific time zone from a list of all time zones defined by Windows.
