Last Connection Timestamp

Description
This value indicates the time of the most recent connection between the MQTT client and the broker.
For example, “2025-01-26T01:09:45.502Z” represents a connection established on January 26, 2025, at 1:09:45 AM and 502 milliseconds in local time.
