Connected Port

Description
This value indicates the port number used for MQTT communication.
  • Port 1883 is commonly used for unencrypted (non-TLS) communication.
  • Port 8883 is commonly used for encrypted (SSL/TLS) communication.
You can configure the port number in
FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
 Configuration > MQTT > MQTT Client > Connection
.

Value
  • Type: 64-bit signed integer
  • Source: This value is generated by the
    FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
     MQTT service.
  • Updates: This value updates when the configuration changes in the MQTT client.
  • Reset: This value resets when you reset the service or restart the computer.
