Configure Notification

Perform the following steps to Configure Notification:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    Notification Setup
    .
  2. Click
    Configure
    .
  3. In the
    Configure Notification
     window, under
    Basic details
    , set these parameters:
    • Alert Type
      : Select the required Alert Type from the drop-down list.
    • Alert Severity
      : Select the required Alert Severity from the drop-down list.
    • Push Notification Type
      : By default, Email is selected.
    • Notification Frequency
      : Select the required frequency from the drop-down list.
    • Notification To
      : Select the required recipients to send notifications from the drop-down list.
  4. Click
    Next
    .
    Basic Details Tab
  5. In the
    Asset Selection
     tab, set these parameters:
    • Region
      : Select the required Region from the drop-down list.
    • Product
      : Select the required Product from the drop-down list.
    • Site
      : Select the required Site from the drop-down list.
    • Area
      : Select the required Area from the drop-down list.
  6. Click
    Apply
    .
    The user can view the Asset list with the
    Asset Class
     and
    Asset Description
     details.
  7. Select the required asset checkbox and click
    Save
    .
    Asset Selection Tab
    The notification is added to the
    Notification Setup
     table.
  8. Click the
    Enable
     (toggle) button on the required notification to enable notification.
    Enable Notification
Perform the following steps to edit the notification:
  1. Select the required notification checkbox from the
    Notification Setup
     table.
  2. Click
    Edit
     and edit the required fields.
  3. Click
    Save
    .
Perform the following steps to delete the notification:
  1. Select the required notification checkbox from the
    Notification Setup
     table.
  2. Click
    Delete
    .
