KPI Configuration

The user can view, add, edit, and remove the KPI configuration.
Perform the following steps to view KPI details:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    Dashboard Setup
    .
  2. Click the [] icon on the required KPI card and select
    View Details
    .
    View Roll up KPI
    The KPI details are displayed in the
    View Roll up KPI
     dialog.
Perform the following steps to add KPI:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    Dashboard Setup
    .
  2. In the
    KPI Config
     tab, click the [+] icon in the
    Add KPI
     card.
    Select Add KPI
  3. In the
    Add Roll up KPI
     dialog, under
    KPI details
    , set these parameters:
    • KPI Name
      : Select the required KPI Name from the drop-down list.
    • Unit of Measure
      : Select the required Unit of Measure from the drop-down list.
    • Aggregation Method
      : Select the required Aggregation Method from the drop-down list.
    • Minimum Display Value
      : Provide the Minimum Display Value.
    • Maximum Display Value
      : Provide the Maximum Display Value.
    • Lower Limit
      : Provide the Lower Limit value.
    • Upper Limit
      : Provide the Upper Limit value.
      NOTE:
      The user can turn on or off the
      Enable KPI
       toggle button. By default, toggle button is in on condition.
  4. In the
    Colors
     section, set these parameters:
    • Less than Lower Limit
      : Select the required color from the drop-down list.
    • Between Limits
      : Select the required color from the drop-down list.
    • Greater than Upper Limit
      : Select the required color from the drop-down list.
  5. Click
    Add KPI
    .
    Add Roll up KPI
    The KPI is added to the
    KPI Config
     tab as a card.
Perform the following steps to edit the KPI:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    Dashboard Setup
    .
  2. Click the [] icon on the required KPI card and select
    Edit
    .

  3. Edit the required fields and click
    Save
    .

Perform the following steps to remove the KPI:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    Dashboard Setup
    .
  2. Click the [] icon on the required KPI card and select
    Remove
    .
    Remove Roll up KPI
  3. In the
    Remove Roll up KPI
     dialog, click
    Remove
    .
    Remove Confirmation Message
    The "
    KPI was removed successfully
    " message is displayed.
