Map Assets/Components

Perform the following steps to map an asset or component to CMMS:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    CMMS Integration Setup
    .
    The Integration Setup tab is displayed.
  2. (Optional) Click the
    Map Assets/Components
     and set these parameters:
    1. Asset Class
      : Select the required Asset Class from the drop-down list.
    2. Region
      : Select the required Region from the drop-down list.
    3. Product
      : Select the required Product from the drop-down list.
    4. Site
      : Select the required Site from the drop-down list.
    5. Area
      : Select the required Area from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Click
    Apply Filters
    .
  4. To map an asset or component to CMMS, select the unmapped asset or component checkbox.
  5. Select the required Site from the
    Choose Site
     drop-down list.
  6. Select the required Asset from the
    Choose Asset
     drop-down list
  7. Click
    Map
    .
    Map Asset or Component

The Selected asset(s) or Component(s) were mapped to CMMS successfully
” message is displayed.
Perform the following steps to unmap an asset or component from CMMS:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    CMMS Integration Setup
    .
    The Integration Setup tab is displayed.
  2. (Optional) Click the
    Map Assets/Components
     and set these parameters:
    1. Asset Class
      : Select the required Asset Class from the drop-down list.
    2. Region
      : Select the required Region from the drop-down list.
    3. Product
      : Select the required Product from the drop-down list.
    4. Site
      : Select the required Site from the drop-down list.
    5. Area
      : Select the required Area from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Click
    Apply Filters
    .
  4. To unmap an asset or component from CMMS, select the mapped asset or component checkbox.
    NOTE: The user can unmap the mapped/unmapped multiple assets or components
  5. Click
    Unmap
    .
  6. In the
    Unmap Assets/Components
     dialog box, click
    Unmap
    .
    Unmap Asset or Component

” message is displayed.
Perform the following steps to edit an asset or component in CMMS:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    CMMS Integration Setup
    .
    The Integration Setup tab is displayed.
  2. (Optional) Click the
    Map Assets/Components
     and set these parameters:
    1. Asset Class
      : Select the required Asset Class from the drop-down list.
    2. Region
      : Select the required Region from the drop-down list.
    3. Product
      : Select the required Product from the drop-down list.
    4. Site
      : Select the required Site from the drop-down list.
    5. Area
      : Select the required Area from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Click
    Apply Filters
    .
  4. To edit an asset or component in CMMS, select the mapped asset or component checkbox.
  5. Select the required Site from the
    Choose Site
     drop-down list.
  6. Select the required Asset from the
    Choose Asset
     drop-down list
  7. Click
    Edit
    .
    Edit Asset or Component

” message is displayed.

Normal
