PTxx Diagnostics dialog box
How do I open the PTxx Diagnostic dialog box?
- In theDiagnosticsis disabled when:
- You are operating offline.
- An identity mismatch exists.
Controller Organizer, expand theI/O Configurationfolder, and click the module. - In theModule Propertiesdialog box, clickPoints.
- UnderDiagnostics, click the button for the point for which you want to diagnose a problem.
The
PTxx Diagnostics

Data Uncertain | Shows the module is operating outside the designed operating range, or data is under manual or override control. | Yes No |
Field Power | Shows whether field power is present on the point. | None Present |
Field Power On Timestamp | Shows the timestamp of the last time field power turned on in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS_mmm (UTC-00:00) format.

Field Power Off Timestamp | Shows the timestamp of the last time field power turned off in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS_mmm (UTC-00:00) format.

Short Circuit Fault | Shows whether an output short circuit or over-current fault is present on the point. | Yes No |
Fault Timestamp for Short Circuit Fault | Shows the timestamp of the last output short circuit or over-current fault in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS_mmm (UTC-00:00) format.
