Latched Push Button Properties - Connections tab

Assign a tag to this connection. The Value connection triggers the latched push button's action.

Assign a tag or expression to this connection. The Indicator connection provides visual feedback to the operator about the button's state.

Assign a tag or expression to this connection. The Handshake connection unlatches the button. It works in conjunction with the Latched Reset Type property specified in the General tab.

This column shows the name of the connection.

This column shows an arrow to indicate which way data can flow between the connection and the data source.

tag or expression updates the data source (write connection)

data source updates the tag or expression (read connection)

tag or expression updates the data source and data source updates the tag or expression (read-write connection)

Type the tag name or expression associated with the connection. If a tag or expression has already been selected, it is displayed here.

Click this button to open the Tag Browser and choose a tag instead of typing the tag name in the Tag/Expression column.

Click this button to open the Expression editor and create an expression instead of typing the expression in the Tag/Expression column.
