View and manage invited users and related permissions

User invitations log and operations view

To view any user invitations log and operations, access the

Audit

Operations

section. Besides the permission filters, you can refine your search by using the

Invite user to device

and

Edit permission expiration

filters.

Access the

Explorer

Device view

section.

Select the device for which you sent access invitation.

On the right pane, expand

Permissions

and select the user to whom you granted device access. Here you can change the expiration date and time or revoke the device access invitation:

Click on

to change the expiration date and time.

Click on

to revoke the invitation.

Still on the right pane, under

Permission operations

you can customize the invited user's permissions.
