- To startFactoryTalk® Remote Access™you must accessFactoryTalk® Hub™first. Before accessingFactoryTalk® Hub™, you must Create your MyRockwellAutomation account.
- Once you have your MyRockwellAutomation account, Log in to FactoryTalk Hub.
- To useFactoryTalk® Remote Access™, you must belong to aFactoryTalk® Hub™organization. See Create an organization and a domain.TIP: A company is typically associated with an organization that company users can join. All of the entitlements activated for a company are allocated to the organization.
- AccessFactoryTalk® Remote Access™by clicking on the related tile.TIP: If you have a MyRockwellAutomation account and belong to an organization, you can startFactoryTalk® Remote Access™directly by typingftra.cloud.rockwellautomation.com/oauthin your browsing bar.Sign in, and if you belong to multiple organizations, select one by clicking the down arrow next to the user icon in the top right corner.NOTE: The inactivity timeout forFactoryTalk® Remote Access™Manager is set to 30 minutes. After this period, you will be automatically logged out unless a VPN connection is established, such as through theInteractive Access (Web-only)or while a VPN connection is enabled via theInteractive Access (Tools). In this case, you will not be logged out.
