Add Edge App Broker to your project

Ensure that the following items are installed on your system:
  • Edge App Broker
  • Edge applications
TIP: To obtain the Edge App Broker and Edge applications, contact your Rockwell Automation representative.
  1. In your project, right-click the top node, and select
    New
    EdgeApplications
    .
  2. Right-click
    EdgeApplications
     folder, and select
    Edge App Broker
    .
  3. In , configure the Edge App Broker addon.
    Available Edge App Broker applications depend on what is installed on your system.
  4. Select models that you want to be available for the broker:
    1. In , select
      Add
      .
    2. (optional)  Rename the model.
    3. Next to the model, select
      Add Dynamic Link
      .
    4. From the menu, select the folder you want to use.
      Rockwell Automation recommends using the contents of the
      Model
       folder for models.
