Troubleshoot licensing issues

- InFactoryTalk Hub, verify that the entitlement is still available.
- InFactoryTalk Hub, verify that the entitlement size is large enough to run theFactoryTalk Optix Application.
- To troubleshoot licensing issues
- In the terminal, enterdocker exec -itto access the running container shell.container_namebash- container_name
- The name of the container.TIP: You can listDockercontainers by enteringdocker ps -ain the terminal.
 
- Investigate the log for errors by enteringcat /root/Rockwell_Automation/FactoryTalk_Optix/FTOptixApplication/Log/FTOptixLicenseSDK/FTOptixLicenseSDK.logTIP: If aDockercontainer stops unexpectedly, the entitlement may not be unlocked upon termination. In such a scenario, rehost the entitlement manually. For more information, see FactoryTalk Optix Installation Guide.
