FLEX 5000 I/O enhances communication with 1 Gb EtherNet/IP™ connectivity, which offers higher speed and increased bandwidth. To provide flexibility in your network architecture, these modules include 2 copper or 2 fiber ports (SFP) and support for DLR, Star, Linear, and PRP topologies.

Our FLEX 5000 I/O isolated-frequency input modules, catalog numbers 5094-IJ2I and 5094-IJ2IXT, offer the ability of reporting frequency, acceleration and directions. The new modules use the Producer/Consumer communication model, which helps provide insightful and timely data exchange. Ideal for Process, Hybrid and Discrete applications.
