The existing program or Equipment Phase is inhibited and the program or Equipment Phase in the import content is not inhibited.

Overwriting the existing program or Equipment Phase with the program or Equipment Phase in the import content may cause the program or Equipment Phase in the controller to start executing or stop executing.
