I cannot assign permissions to an object

Possible cause and solution:
  • Check that you have
    Configure Security
     permissions for the resource.
    To set
    Configure Security
     permissions, you must be logged on to
    FactoryTalk
     with an account that is a member of the
    FactoryTalk
     Administrators group.
