, some devices appear in the browser but I am unable to access the device's information or navigate through the device to display the topology behind the device.

server are not configured in the same CIP Security zone with

FactoryTalk Policy Manager

, this happens. Access the device using the

FactoryTalk Linx

server configured in the same zone with the device or add the referenced

FactoryTalk Linx

server into the

FactoryTalk Policy Manager

zone with the device.
