Some events are missing

If the Alarm and Event Summary is displaying data, but some events are missing, they might be excluded by any of these:
  • Filter
  • Event subscription
  • Runtime behavior
To troubleshoot this issue verify the following:
  • The missing event is from an area or event source that is included in the event subscription.
  • No filters are being applied to the Alarm and Event summary
  • The alarm event is within the defined scope or the Alarm and Event Summary behavior has been configured to display out of scope alarms.
If the Alarm and Event Summary is not displaying any data, there might be a problem with:
  • The Tag Alarm and Event Server. Try restarting the computer running the Tag Alarm and Event Server.
