Group Membership Properties

Use
Group Membership Properties
to add or remove the groups that a user account belongs to.
The user account automatically inherits all permissions assigned to the groups it joins, unless permissions were specifically denied for the user account. Both
FactoryTalk
 and
Windows
-linked user accounts group memberships can be edited.
IMPORTANT:
Do not add a user to the Administrators group unless the user performs only administrative tasks. When performing routine tasks, system administrators should log on as regular users. Log off and log back on as an administrator to perform administrative tasks.
Group membership changes take effect when the user logs off
FactoryTalk
 and then logs on again.
