Change the main display update rate

Change the main display update rate to increase or decrease the rate at which the
FactoryTalk Live Data Test Client
 displays data item values.
The rate at which the data server updates the value of the data item is shown in the
Updates (/Sec)
 column of the viewer. If the data server is sending data faster than the screen update rate, some changes to data items are not displayed. If the data server is sending data slower than the screen update rate, the
FactoryTalk Live Data Test Client
 might be generating unnecessary traffic on the network.
To change the main display update rate
  1. On the
    Data
     menu, select
    Options
    .
  2. In
    Screen Update Rate
    , enter the number of milliseconds at which the
    FactoryTalk Live Data Test Client
     should update data item values.
  3. Select
    OK
    .
