Use information in the following table to configure embedded I/O parameters for L50E and L70E 24-point controllers.
L50E and L70E 24-point embedded I/O parameters
Setting
Description
Input
Displays the number of inputs in the filter group. It is read-only.
The value is from 0 through 13.
Input Filter
Specifies the time for the L50E or L70E controller to recognize the state change from an external input voltage that reaches an ON or OFF state.
The ON-OFF and the OFF-ON values are the same for DC filter times.
Options are:
  • Default  - AC 8ms
    OFF-ON 3.2ms/ON-OFF 8ms
  • DC 5 µs
    OFF-ON 5µs/ON-OFF 5µs
  • DC 12.5 µs
    OFF-ON 12.5µs/ON-OFF 12.5µs
  • DC 25 µs
    OFF-ON 25µs/ON-OFF 25µs
  • DC 75 µs
    OFF-ON 75µs/ON-OFF 75µs
  • DC 100 µs
    OFF-ON 100µs/ON-OFF 100µs
  • DC 250 µs
    OFF-ON 250µs/ON-OFF 250µs
  • DC 500 µs
    OFF-ON 500µs/ON-OFF 500µs
  • DC 1 ms
    OFF-ON 1ms/ON-OFF 1ms
  • DC 2 ms
    OFF-ON 2ms/ON-OFF 2ms
  • DC 4 ms
    OFF-ON 4ms/ON-OFF 4ms
  • DC 8 ms
    OFF-ON 8ms/ON-OFF 8ms
  • DC 16 ms
    OFF-ON 16ms/ON-OFF 16ms
  • DC 32 ms
    OFF-ON 32ms/ON-OFF 32ms
  • AC 8 ms
    OFF-ON 3.2ms/ON-OFF 8ms
  • AC 16 ms
    OFF-ON 3.2ms/ON-OFF 16ms
  • AC 28 ms
    OFF-ON 3.2ms/ON-OFF 28ms
Input
Displays the index number of an input capable of capturing fast and narrow pulse inputs.
Latch inputs change states faster than can be detected and cannot normally be detected by the input scan portion of the
Micro800
controller's scan cycle.
It is read-only. The value is from 0 through 13.
Input Latch
Changes an input to a latch input and specifies the edge direction for the latch input.
The default setting for
Input Latch
is
Disabled
.
Edge directions include falling and rising.
EII Edge
Specifies the EII edge direction of the corresponding input if it is a latch input. The default setting is
Falling
.
