Tire Technology Expo 2025

Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, will participate in the 26th annual Tire Technology Expo, taking place 3-5 March at Deutsche Messe, Hannover, Germany (Booth #7096, Hall 21).

The event brings together a global community of tire industry professionals, engineers and innovators to explore the latest advancements shaping the future of tire manufacturing.

“Tire manufacturers are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities as the industry evolves toward greater sustainability, digitalization and operational excellence,” said Dan Paul, director, global industry sales, tire, Rockwell Automation. “We combine deep domain expertise with innovative technology to help our customers expand what’s possible in their operations. By connecting people, processes and technology, we empower tire producers to achieve higher quality, greater efficiency, and a more sustainable future.”

Rockwell Automation will showcase its portfolio of digital and automation solutions designed to help tire producers move from automation to autonomy, delivering consistent quality, improved efficiency and yield, agility, and scalability.

Visitors to the booth can engage with Rockwell Automation consultants to discuss topics such as IoT, artificial intelligence, machine learning, industrial data operations and scalable manufacturing operational management, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and quality management systems (QMS).

They can also explore:

  • How Rockwell Automation’s digital services use AI‑enabled closed-loop optimization to improve tire uniformity, performance and energy use.
  • How the digital thread connects design, materials, machines and quality systems to enable right‑first‑time production.
  • And how the Digital Tire Passport traces materials from source to finished tire, helping manufacturers meet upcoming EU 2026 Digital Product Passport requirements while supporting sustainability and transparency.

The company’s consultants will also be available to share insights on smart manufacturing, end-to-end solution delivery and proven application support for the tire industry.

Another highlight of Rockwell’s presence will be the presentation, “From Materials to Mobility: Turning Tire Data into Intelligent Manufacturing,” delivered by Steven Nguyen, sales executive, secure digital operations — auto, tire, Rockwell Automation. His session will explore how data can be leveraged at each stage of the tire lifecycle and used to inform other parts of the value chain to unlock additional value.
