Events that heighten crisis at both a societal and individual level have been amplified for more than 18 months. Impacts of the global pandemic. Social injustice. Political divisiveness. Fear. As we move forward through times of uncertainty, we want to ensure all employees feel supported, valued and safe. You can be part of the solution – as an ally. An ally is someone that advocates for any marginalized group, and takes on their struggle as their own. One simply cannot call themselves an ally. Allies are defined by their actions.

In this session, you’ll learn how you can be an active ally in the workplace, especially during times of crisis, to create a more inclusive workplace for all.
