We’re taking the show on the road and getting up close and personal with Rockwell Automation and partner solutions in action. On Monday and Tuesday of the event, you will have an opportunity to go off-site and behind-the-scenes at a Rockwell Automation, partner or customer operation, with the chance to ask questions and dive deep into real life applications.

10:00 am	BC01 – Equitable Talent Acquisition: How to Build in Strategies to Improve Diversity in your Talent Pipeline Improving diversity in talent acquisition is critical to hiring and retaining the best talent. Panelists will discuss strategies for creating equity in all aspects of the talent process and will share best practices for sourcing talent, mitigating bias in decision-making and tips for creating an equitable talent process.
11:00 am	BC02 – Creating a Culture of Inclusion and Belonging Through Employee Resource Groups It is important to have a culture that fosters trust and belonging. An effective strategy includes having Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to meet the needs of various demographics. In this session, panelists will share how their ERGs create inclusion for their members.
1:00 pm	BC03 – Developing Early Career Talent: How To Help Them Innovate, Be Successful and Drive Results As a new generation of employees are passionate about work, guiding them on how to contribute and execute on tasks is important to their growth and organizational goals. Panelists will discuss strategies to help early career talent be innovative, productive and develop their careers supporting their development goals and retention overall.
2:00 pm	BC04 - Building Community at Work: Generations; LGBTQ+; Gender; Race and Ethnicity Building community at work across generations and around groups (LGBTQ+; Gender; Race & Ethnicity) begins when we dispel myths and speak about approaches that support and create an environment of inclusion and belonging. Panelists will share insights build awareness to create a supportive environment and strengthen allyship.
3:00 pm	BC05 - Inclusive Design: Designing for Inclusion in Your Products Inclusive design and accessibility is about improving products and services particularly for individuals who may experience temporary, situational or permanent disabilities. Panelists will discuss compliance to accessibility guidelines, how to approach design and accessibility, which fosters equity and provides equal opportunities for customers and employees.
4:00 pm	BC06 - Addressing the Current Climate of Backlash and Pushback That Threatens to Stall DEI Progress and Initiatives Join us to learn how companies and leaders continue to advance their DEI strategies, initiatives and plans in an era of backlash, pushback, SCOTUS ruling and political divides.

10:00 am	BC07 - How to be an Ally: Your Role in Creating a Full Partnership An ally is willing to support and advocate for individuals from traditionally marginalized groups, understanding the goal is to build equity together. Everyday acts of allyship can make a difference in creating psychological safety for all. Panelists will discuss the importance of continued allyship and share tips about how to support colleagues from underrepresented groups.
11:00 am	BC08 - A Global Approach to DEI: How To Support DEI Efforts Around the World How do different global regions approach diversity, equity and inclusion? In this session we will hear from leaders about challenges that arise when attracting diverse talent and leadership accountability within their regions, and how they are developing and retaining talent to meet regional objectives.
1:00 pm	BC09 - How to Retain Diverse Talent in a Hybrid Workforce Hybrid workforces are becoming the predominant mode of work and collaboration and employers have been establishing return to work policies, presenting challenges and opportunities. Panelists will discuss these challenges from both the employer and employee perspective and share ideas for how to retain diverse talent.

Learn critical elements, approaches, and strategies to help you defend against the greatest threats.
11:00 am	DT02 – Managed Services for You In this session we will discuss how outsourcing Managed Services provides you with a part-time, full-stack admin at a fraction of the cost, all while ensuring your operations are high-performing. We'll also talk through how Managed Services can help relieve administrative overhead, why it's great for growing remote teams, and how it can help your team focus on what they do best.
12:00 pm	DT03 – Incident Response Planning Join us for an interactive session with our technology partner – Dragos. We will discuss the intersection of OT incident response recommendations with incident management system principles, providing OT defenders with actionable items to improve incident preparedness.
1:00 pm	DT05 – Ask Me Anything with Church & Dwight CISO – David Ortiz With an evolving industrial threat landscape Church & Dwight did not have a current understanding of their manufacturing cybersecurity risk posture and potential exposure to threats. Partnering with Rockwell Automation allowed them to identify gaps, develop a business case and create a roadmap. In this intimate roundtable, Church & Dwight’s Chief Information Security Officer will answer your questions and share what services were deployed, what outcomes were achieved and what is planned for the future.

12:00 pm	DT04 – All About NIST The NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 is coming! In this session, we’ll provide a heads up on what changes to expect, how information will be shared throughout the update process and walk through the timeline for the release of version 2.0.
