Remove and Install the LCL Filter Module AC Common Mode Filter Circuit Board for Frames 8...15

Replace the LCL filter module AC common mode filter circuit board with kit catalog number SK-RMEMCFB1. Follow these steps to remove and install the AC common mode filter circuit board.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Open the corresponding power bay enclosure door.
  4. Remove the LCL filter module from the enclosure.
  5. Remove the two barb fasteners that secure the screen to the chassis and remove the screen. The barb fasteners are not reusable.

  6. Remove the four cables from the connectors at the top and side of the EMC filter circuit board. Retain the cables for reuse.

  7. Remove the two M6 x 16 mm screws that secure the EMC filter circuit board panel to the support bracket and remove the panel.
  8. Remove the five M4 x 8 mm screws that secure the EMC filter circuit board to the panel and remove the circuit board.

  9. Install the AC common mode filter circuit board in the reverse order of removal.
