Inspect Air Filters and Vents for Maintenance

Visually inspect the door and roof exhaust vents and air filters for dirt and damage. Dirt build-up on vents and air filters can lead to component damage or failure. Follow these inspection and maintenance instructions along with the Recommended Preventative Maintenance information.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. If present, remove the filters from the enclosure door vents and inspect the vents and filters for dirt buildup or blockage.
  4. Clean the door vents as necessary.
  5. Clean or replace all filters as necessary.
  6. If applicable, remove the filters from the IP54 exhaust vent assemblies and inspect the vents and filters for dirt buildup or blockage.
  7. Clean the exhaust vents as necessary.
  8. Clean or replace all filters as necessary.
