Remove and Install the 240V Power Distribution Fuse (FH2) for
Frame 7L

Replace the 240V power distribution fuse (Labeled FH2) with the appropriate kit catalog number that is identified in this table:

Fuse holder (labeled FH2) is on the AC precharge control panel. Follow these steps to remove and install the 240V power distribution fuse.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Open the enclosure door.
  4. Remove the protective guard.
  5. Loosen the M5.5 x 13 mm Torx screw that secures the control pod assembly to the chassis.
  6. Loosen the two M5 captive screws that secure the bottom of the control pod assembly to the side panel and rotate the control pod assembly out from the enclosure.

  7. Pull out on the tab on the fuse holder that is labeled FH2 and remove the fuse.

  8. Install the 240V power distribution fuse in the reverse order of removal.
