Remove and Install the LCL Filter or Power Module Heatsink Fan Assembly for Frames 8...15

Replace the LCL filter or power module heatsink fan assembly with kit catalog number SK-RMINVFAN1- F8. Follow these steps to remove and install the LCL filter or power module heatsink fan assembly.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Open the corresponding power bay enclosure door.
  4. Disconnect connector P13 from connector J13 on the fan assembly housing.
  5. Loosen the M6 slotted-Torx screw that secures the fan housing to the module chassis and slide the fan assembly out of the chassis.

  6. Install the power or LCL filter module heatsink fan assembly in the reverse order of removal.
