Diagnose a problem with a point

Diagnose these point problems from the
Outputs
 view:
  • Whether a fault exists.
    This fault indicates that a fault is present on the device.
  • Whether a short circuit fault exists.
    This fault indicates that a short circuit or over current condition exists.
  • Whether a no load fault exists.
    This fault indicates that the signal wire is disconnected from the output or the RTB is removed from the device.
To diagnose a problem with a point
  1. On the tab for the device, select
    Outputs
    .
  2. In the
    Outputs
     view, in the
    Diagnostics
     column for the point, select FTDStudioPortDiag.
  3. In
    Output0x Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics for the point.
