Counter Diagnostics dialog parameters

Displays whether a fault is present.

Displays whether the counter is operating outside the designed operating range, or data is under manual or override control.

Displays whether field power is present on the counter.

Displays the timestamp of the last time field power turned on in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS.mmm format.

YYYY = year
MM = month
DD = day
HH = hour (24 hour)
mm = minutes
SS = seconds
mmm = milliseconds

You can see a valid time or None if no event time is recorded.
