Ch0x – State Configuration
 includes these parameters:
Parameter
Description
Output state during Program Mode
  • Specifies channel output behavior during Program mode. Options include:
    • Hold Last State
       (default)
    • User Defined Value
User Defined Value
Specifies the value to use for the output state during Program Mode when you select
User Define Value

When Communications Fail in Program Mode
Specifies the action applied when communications fail in Program Mode. Options include:
  • Leave output in Program Mode state
  • Change output to Fault Mode state
Output state during Fault Mode
  • Specifies what happens to the output of each channel after a communication fault occurs and the device enters Communications Fault mode. Options include:
    • Hold Last State
       (default)
    • User Defined Value
    - Enter a user-defined value, Fault State duration, and Fault State value.
Ramp in Run Mode
Select to enable output ramping during Run mode. Output changes are limited to the maximum ramp rate during Run Mode.
Ramp to Program Mode
Select to enable output ramping when transitioning to Program Mode. Output changes are limited to the maximum ramp rate when transitioning to the program value.
Ramp to Fault Mode and Final Mode state
Select to enable output ramping when transitioning to either fault mode or final fault state. Output changes are limited to the maximum ramp rate when transitioning to the fault value or to the fault final state.
Ramp Rate
Specifies the maximum rate at which the output is allowed to transition in EU/Sec.
Enter a value in the range from 0 through 999999999. The default value is 10000000.
The ramp rate is only used if at least one of the
Ramp in Run Mode
,
Ramp to Program Mode
, or
Ramp in Fault Mode/Final Fault State
 check boxes is selected.
Latch Rate Alarm
Select to latch the rate alarm so that the alarm does not clear until it is unlatched.
This is useful if an operator must acknowledge alarm conditions.
Unlatch the latch rate alarm by clearing the
Latch Rate Alarm
 check box.
Enable No Load Diagnostics
Enables No Load detection for the channel. Selected by default.
Clear to disable No Load detection for the channel.
Use the column title to apply the same setting to all channels.
Enable Pulse Test Diagnostics
Enables pulse testing for the channel. Selected by default.
Clear to disable pulse testing for the channel.
Use the column title to apply the same setting to all channels.
Diagnostics
Opens the diagnostics dialog. Select to view diagnostics information.
