Pt0x - Digital Timestamp Input

Description
Disable Point
Disables point configuration. Cleared by default.
Select to disable point configuration.
Sensor Type
  • Specifies the sensor type. Available values:
    • IEC Type 3
      (default)
    • Dry Contact
Three wire sensor
Enabled only for universal modules.
Sets the user wiring to Three Wire Sensor. Cleared by default.
Select to set the user wiring to Three Wire Sensor.
Clear to set the user wiring to Two Wire Sensor.
Sourcing power from channel
Enabled only on universal modules. Selected by default.
Select to source power from channel.
Clear to source power externally and remove diagnostics on Screw A.
Field power diagnostics
  • Enables field power diagnostics, which causes a fault when field power is not present. Selected by default.
    Clear to disable field power diagnostics.
    • If the input is powered from the SA, select to monitor the status of the SA power.
    • If the input is powered from another power supply, clear so that the input continues to work even when there is no SA power.
Off -> On filter time
Defines how long an Off to On input transition must remain in the On state before the device considers the transition valid. Available values:
  • 0µs
    (default)
  • 100µs
  • 200µs
  • 500µs
  • 1 ms
  • 2 ms
  • 5 ms
  • 10 ms
  • 20 ms
  • 50 ms
On -> Off filter time
Defines how long an On to Off input transition must remain in the Off state before the device considers the transition valid. Available values:
  • 0µs
    (default)
  • 100µs
  • 200µs
  • 500µs
  • 1 ms
  • 2 ms
  • 5 ms
  • 10 ms
  • 20 ms
  • 50 ms
