Sensor Power Supply | Specifies how each sensor is powered. Valid values include:
Tip: Select Module to supply power to the sensors connected to the Point Guard Analog Input device. This allows the device to detect a loss of sensor power.IMPORTANT: When a channel is configured for the Module sensor power, a sensor power diagnostic is executed on the channel at power-up to make sure the sensor is operational and that it draws current within the half second interval of the test. The test also verifies that the channel is not over or under current. |
