Diagnose a problem with a point

Use
Ptxx Diagnostics
to view the diagnostics information for an individual point.
To diagnose a problem with a point
Diagnostics
is disabled when:
  • You are operating offline.
  • An identity mismatch exists.
  1. On the tab for the device, select
    Points
    .
  2. In the
    Points
    view, in the
    Diagnostics
    column for the point, click the diagnostics button.
  3. In
    Ptxx Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics for the point.
