MILWAUKEE — October 27, 2026 — Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, today announced that Dennen Manufacturing, a provider of precision metal stamping, advanced manufacturing and value-added assembly services, has selected the Plex Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support its next phase of growth and operational expansion.

Dennen Manufacturing recognized key challenges inherited from the previous system:

  • Manufacturing data spread across disparate systems, creating a reliance on manual processes and various spreadsheets.
  • No single view into production, impacting quality and inventory management, production scheduling, material usage and overall operational performance.
  • The legacy system struggled to support Dennen’s scaling operations and production capacity.

Working with Control+M Solutions, a Rockwell Automation Gold System Integrator, Dennen is deploying Plex to create a more connected manufacturing environment and establish a foundation for future growth. The company expects the implementation to deliver:

  • Connected, scalable manufacturing operations with greater visibility into performance.
  • Digital infrastructure that supports increased automation and operational efficiency.
  • A single source of truth across the business and shop floor.

“We view the implementation as more than simply replacing our existing ERP system,” said Walid Jamal, chief operating officer, Dennen Manufacturing. “It is an opportunity to rethink our processes and establish a scalable foundation for the next stage of Dennen's growth. Ultimately, Plex is an important part of our strategy to build more data-driven manufacturing operations.”

Dennen’s investment reflects a growing focus among manufacturers on replacing fragmented systems with connected digital operations that provide greater visibility and scalability.

“We’re excited to see Dennen leverage Plex as part of its digital transformation roadmap,” said Kristin Fielder, group product manager, Rockwell Automation. “As manufacturers modernize their operations, Plex helps connect people, processes and production data in a cloud-based environment that can scale alongside business growth."

Once implemented, Dennen plans to use its newly discovered Plex data to identify additional opportunities for continuous improvement. Learn more about the Plex platform here.
