Create your MyRockwellAutomation account

If you are not provided with a MyRockwellAutomation account yet, you must create your account by registering your email on the MyRockwellAutomation website before accessing
FactoryTalk® Hub™
. You will use your MyRockwellAutomation account later to access
FactoryTalk® Hub™
.
  1. Create a MyRockwellAutomation account through the MyRockwellAutomation website.
  2. Select
    Create an account
    .
  3. Complete the following:
    1. Email Address
      : Enter your company email address.
    2. Basic Access
      : Enter your name and country or region.
    3. Advanced Access
       (optional): Enter your company, job title and contact details.
      IMPORTANT: When accessing
      FactoryTalk® Hub™
      , you are prompted to select a verification method: email, SMS text message, or phone call. If you choose either SMS text message or phone call, enter your mobile phone number in this section.
    4. Create Password
      : Enter a password compliant with the listed requirements.
  4. Agree to the Rockwell Automation Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and confirm that you are not a robot.
  5. Select
    CREATE ACCOUNT
    .
    You receive a verification email.
  6. Open the verification email and select
    VERIFY MY EMAIL ADRESS
    .
  7. On the MyRockwellAutomation website, select
    PROCEED TO SIGN IN
    .
    TIP: You can use the same credentials for both the myRockwellAutomation website and the Knowledgebase and Commerce Portal.
