Update the known servers table

The known servers table (KST) contains a list of Data Archive servers and Asset Framework (AF) servers used by client applications for connections. Previously, AF servers were stored in a file, while Data Archives were stored in the Windows registry. Starting with PI AF Client 2024, AF SDK applications now store the entire KST in local files instead of the registry.
