Fixed Anomalies

Fixed an issue where the Emission Chart displayed percentage values exceeding 100%, ensuring accurate calculation and data aggregation. [4970389]

Fixed an issue where attempting to create a model with the same X variable selected twice resulted in a generic error message. A restriction is now in place to prevent selecting the same meter more than once as an X variable during model creation. [3871070]
