Open the Tag Editor

  1. On the explorer, go to the System Icon
    System
     view, the Execution Icon
    Execution
     view, or the Library Icon
    Library
     view.
  2. Right-click a controller, a program, a routine, or an add-on instruction, and then select
    Tags and parameters
    .
    TIP: You can also select Tags icon
    View tags and parameters: (item name)
    .
  3. (optional) Specify the display view:
    • To display the online view, select the online icon .
      TIP: A green rail appears at the top and left side of the editor and the
      Online
       chip at the top right lights up. The online chip can also indicate a project mismatch or a disconnected state.
    • To display the offline view, select the offline icon .
