Parameter
Description
up
Moves the selected registers up in the list.
down
Moves the selected registers down in the list.
Register Mapping Number
Displays the register mapping number.
Register Type
Specifies the type of register. Available options are:
  • Disabled
     (default)
  • Coils
  • Discrete inputs
  • Input registers
  • Holding registers
Tip: Parameters are unavailable when the register type is disabled.
Data Type
Specifies the data type for the register. Available options are:
  • BOOL
     (default for Coil, Discrete inputs)
  • INT
     (default for Holding registers and Input registers)
  • REAL
Register Start Address
Specifies the start address of the register. Valid value is from 0 through 65535.
Register Length
Specifies the register length. Valid values depend on the
Data Type
.
  • BOOL
    : 1–128
  • INT
    : 1–100
  • REAL
    : 1–50
Data Index
Specifies the data offset.
0–15 Byte Offset for Coil/Discrete Inputs
0–99 Word Offset for Holding/Input Registers
