Channel 1 - DF1 Slave view parameters

The
Channel 1 - DF1 Slave
 view defines the characteristics of the DF1 Slave.
The
Channel 1 - DF1 Slave
 view includes these parameters:
Parameter
Description
Station Address
Enter the station number of the channel. The valid range is from 0 through 254. The default is 0.
Transmit Retries
Enter the maximum number of times the slave retries sending message to Master. Valid values are from 0 through 127. The default is 3.
Slave Poll Timeout
Enter the maximum time the Slave waits to poll from master when a message is sent from slave. Valid values are from 0 through 32767. The default is 3000.
EOT Suppression
Select to minimize traffic on the network. When EOT packets suppressed, the master station assumes a slave station has no available data and does not send a message in response to a poll.
Error Detection
Select error detection method:
  • BCC
  • CRC
Enable Duplicate Detection
Enables duplicate message detection.
Diagnostics
When online, opens the diagnostics dialog box to view diagnostic counters for performance and error management with Channel 1 - DF1 Slave.
