Diagnose a problem with a point

Use the
Ptxx Diagnostics
 dialog box to view the diagnostics information for an individual point. Diagnostics is not available when:
  • You are operating offline.
  • An Identity mismatch exists.
  1. On the tab for the device, select
    Points
    .
  2. In the
    Points
     view, in the
    Diagnostics
     column for the point you want to diagnose, select diagnostic-icon.
  3. In
    Ptxx Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics for the point.
