Device Definition – Channel Assignments view parameters

The
Channel Assignments
 view in the Device Definition dialog includes these parameters:
Parameter
Description
Port
Displays the module port numbers.
Channel
Displays the module channel numbers.
Selected Mode
Select the operation mode for the channel or disable the channel, if it is not in use.
Options can vary for each channel.
Available Modes
Displays the different types of channel modes that each channel supports.
  • DI – Digital Input
  • DO – Digital Output
  • IO-Link
