Parameter	Description
IO-Link Status	Displays the status of the connected device.
Fault Exist	Displays whether a fault is present on the channel.
Data Uncertain	Reserved
Field Power	Displays whether the field power is present.
CQ Short Circuit Fault	Displays whether the channel has a CQ short circuit fault.
SSV Short Circuit Fault	Displays whether the channel has an SSV short circuit fault.
No Load Fault	Displays whether the channel has a No Load fault.
Short Circuit Fault	Displays whether the channel has a short circuit or overcurrent fault.
Field Power On Timestamp	Displays the timestamp of the last time field power turned on in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS.mmm format. YYYY = year MM = month DD = day HH = hour (24 hour) mm = minutes SS = seconds mmm = milliseconds
