Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, today announced that Luca Galluzzi has been appointed country director for Italy.

This appointment reflects our commitment to customer intimacy in Italy.”
Galluzzi will lead the strategic direction of Rockwell Automation’s organization in Italy and drive growth across the country. He will focus on strengthening both direct and indirect sales execution across end users, machine builders, and Rockwell’s PartnerNetwork™ ecosystem — supporting customers as they pursue productivity, resilience and sustainability outcomes through modern industrial automation and digital transformation.
Galluzzi brings extensive experience in industrial automation, with a track record spanning commercial leadership, business development and team building in national and international environments. Before joining Rockwell Automation, he held senior leadership roles at B&R Automation, where he helped build and scale the Italian organization and later led sales teams at regional and global level. After several years in senior international leadership roles, he chose to bring his experience back to the Italian market, where he sees strong opportunities for customer impact and growth.
