Remove and Install the AC Precharge Time Delay Relay for
Frame 7

Replace the AC precharge time delay relay with kit catalog number 20-750-MACPC-TDR. Follow these steps to remove and install the AC precharge time delay relay.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Open the enclosure door.
  4. Remove the protective guard.
  5. TIP: The AC precharge time delay relay is located behind the control pod and on the back of the AC precharge components panel.
  6. Open the AC precharge components panel. See Open and Close the AC Precharge Components Panel for Frame 7.
  7. Disconnect the wires from the terminals on the time delay relay.

  8. Remove the two M4 x 14 mm slotted-Torx screws that secure the time delay relay to the panel and remove the relay.

  9. Install the AC precharge time delay relay in the reverse order of removal.
