Add a trigger to a library object

 reads the tag's or expression's value, and generates an alarm when the value matches an alarm message's trigger value.
Prerequisites
To add a trigger to a library object
  1. Right-click the
    Triggers
     subfolder and select
    Add
    . The
    Trigger
     dialog box opens.
  2. In
    Tag or Expression
    , type a tag name or an expression, or click the ellipsis (...) button to choose a tag and click
    OK
    .
  3. Click
    OK
    .
  4. Configure the properties as needed.
