Example: HMI tags as an OPC client with an RSLinx OPC server

This is an example to help you set up
FactoryTalk View
 as an OPC client with RSLinx Classic acting as an OPC server.
To set up the example:
  1. In the
    Tags
     editor, create an HMI tag with
    Device
     as its data source.
  2. In the tag's
    Address
     field, type
    [Bottling]N7:12
    where
    Bottling
     is the RSLinx OPC/DDE topic and
    N7:12
     - is the OPC item.
